Salma Fadhloun
SECRETARY-GENERAL
Honorable and distinguished delegates,
My name is Salma and I’m a Master’s student in European Public Affairs.
I’m very excited and proud to call myself SPLIMUN 2026’s secretary general. After attending SPLIMUN as a delegate, staff, chair, and USG it is now the end of a journey for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful to share it with this year’s wonderful secretariat. MUN has brought me so much, friends, self-confidence, skills and so much fun. And I hope this years’ edition will do the same for all of you!
Looking forward to meeting all of you and seeing you enjoy what this team has prepared for you! -

Lily Cadet-Sicot
DEPUTY SECRETARY-GENERAL
Hi delegates !
I'm Lily, your future DSG for SPLIMUN 2026 !!
There are a few things I love in life, and MUN definitely is high on my list having participated in a few ones already (GIMUN, LyonMUN, LIMUN, MainMUN, IEUMUN…) ! Yet, I'm never satisfied and always come back for more, this year to organize MUNWALK’s own conference 💐
I am thrilled to meet all of you and see you enjoy this weekend as much as I will 🫶 -

Jean Mu Swinnen
PRESIDENT OF MUNWALK SOCIETY
Hey folks!
I’m Jean Mu, Master’s student in European Public Affairs at Sciences Po Lille, and President of MUNWALK, our Model UN society and the parent organization of SPLIMUN.
This year, I’ll be serving as SPLIMUN Supervisor.
I’m heading into my 4th year of MUN. I proudly was USG for Finance of SPLIMUN two years ago. Among other adventures, I’ve also taken part in LIMUN, first as Head Delegate and later as a Faculty Advisor—so I’ve seen conferences from pretty much every angle.
My priority? Helping create a safe and genuinely fun environment where everyone can enjoy debating, learning, and occasionally panicking over resolutions together.
During the conference, don’t be surprised if you hear me sneeze very loudly or randomly sing “We Are the World” (no apologies in advance).
Looking forward to seeing you all in Lille very soon!

Clemence Cain
USG - FINANCE

See you then ✨ -

Arthur Bossard
USG - FUNDRAISING
Hello everyone !
I'm Arthur, a second-year student at Sciences Po Lille, and I'm honored to serve as USG for Fundraising of Splimun 2026. My MUN journey started last when I joined Munwalk, and it brought me to incredible places such as GIMUN and HNMUN where I serve as head delegate. Of course, as my home school's conference, Splimun will always hold a special place in my heart and I'm excited to see you there !
Aside from MUN, you will find me in the conference selling our beautiful flowers, listening to French and US rap music and feeding my chess addiction every now and then.
See you all in March ! -

Efe Edoh
USG - HOSPITALITY
Hello!
My name is Efe. I'm a student at the University of Lille. Last year was my first time doing MUN conferences. After my participation last year as a delegate, it felt just right for me to join the secretariat. For this edition, I will be your USG for Hospitality. I hope you'll enjoy this edition just as much as I did last year. I love planning and organizing events. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me in a coffee shop sipping matcha. Although I love Lille, my heart belongs to Brussels, since I want to work for the EU.

Amandine Chabrier
USG - ACADEMICS
Dear all,
Welcome to SPLIMUN!
I am so excited that you are joining us for this unique experience! I am Amandine and I have been part of the SPLIMUN journey for three years now, first as a delegate in the Crisis Committee, then as USG for Communications, and finally as USG for Academics this year. It is my greatest pleasure to supervise passionate chairs, who are doing an amazing job. I truly hope you will love the topics and find the intellectual interest to tackle them with all your heart. International relations need more young, involved people like YOU!
My MUN experience spanning from LIMUN in London to CHOMUN in Chicago and LYONMUN, has brought me so much, professionally and personally. It has sharpened my curiosity for international law, power rivalries, peace, security, and diplomacy, but it also has allowed me to meet wonderful people.
May you fin all of this, and more, in SPLIMUN.
Best of luck ✨ -
